We are interested in the factors that influence training success (e.g., content and context), for LGBTQ+ trainings with health professionals and students-in-training. A current project tracks the efficacy of a series of trainings on transgender basics for mental health professionals and medical doctors.
The QCARES Team has hosted its own cultural competency training program, The SLO ACCEPTance Project! Click HERE to learn more about this project and to find a list of providers who have received this training!
